Here is a custom detached garage that Design Build Realty Corp. completed at 4 Fox Lane in Pepperell, MA.  As with all of Steve Foley’s projects, this detached garage matches the home and fits nicely on the property, adding much needed garage and storage space.  The cupola adds some New England charm and a distinctive touch to this garage.

“When we first started looking for a home in Pepperell we never even considered new construction, until we stepped into a Steve Foley home. We were instantly sold on the design, layout, and incredible detail that set his homes apart from the rest. Steve was wonderful to work with. He guided us through every phase of construction from architectural design to the final touches. The end result was a beautiful, customized home at a great value. Steve’s commitment to quality and satisfaction are unfounded. The fact that he lives in a neighborhood that he built says a lot about his values as a builder.”
